Although we welcome your contact, it is generally better to attempt to resolve an issue or change your personal information through your instructor before contacting ATA HQ directly. Not only does this keep your instructor better informed (and show him/her respect) but many times they will have a quicker solution for you rather than waiting for HQ to investigate and respond. 

We strive to answer every inquiry within 24 hours (or the following business day). However, at times we receive a large volume of emails. We ask for your patience while we direct your email to the most appropriate party.
